CFL - East Bengal Vs Kalighat MS

East Bengal with a record of 14 match-no-victory-run will get minor Kalighat MS before them for breaking the shackles. With no hope for the current league title, the red and gold brigade would be rather fighting for the third spot in the reamaining matches of the Sahara CFL. Last year the team couldn’t get even the second spot and this year the third place is not also confirmed yet. So far in the CFL, East Bengal have played 10 matches with 5 wins, 4 draws and 1 loss. While Alvito D Cunha, Okpara and Abhra Mondol will sit at the side-bench due to the suspensions incurred upon them by IFA, Ridder may try out with the likes of Renedy, Govin and Priyant Kumar. As Kolkata is undergoing a hot and humid pre-summer, a handful of supporters are expected to witness the match.
